Most of the schools have the community service program to develop their student obtaining a knowledge or matter which is sometimes not available in their class. There are many organisations in the school to enhance the student’s capability like AIESEC, Studec International, International Global Networks and others to connect a student with their owned passion. To encourage and obligate a student are immersed to school’s community will effect the students in the school.

Students with school program involvement will know on how the way in real situation when they are in a meeting, negotiating, lobbying and attracting many people to come out with their ideas. Those skills are kind of skill which are rarely to be found in the class so that being part of community service in the school is going to provide them many advantages for their personality to face the real world after graduating from their school. Not only its skill but also when they become part of its community teach them in a pressure because of the activities and duties which they have to finish with their own deadline so that it teach a student to be the person with a critical thinking and the result, it will increase the student’s leadership skill.

On the other hand, not everyone enjoys their time by joining community service in their school. In meantime they will be forced to get the passion which they in fact dislike in reality and this case make them waste their quality time to study their truly passion. The student must independently choose their passion to make the productive time for them.

In conclusion, following the students passion should be main purpose for school to create excellent students based on my point of view. If to join community service in the school is an obligation, school has to make sure that the community ,which is liked and passionated by students, is available in each schools.
